Hackuity Raises $19M to Boost AI Vulnerability Platform

Hackuity raised $19 million from Forgepoint Capital to accelerate its AI vulnerability operations platform and fund expansion in Europe and Asia.

Hackuity, a Lyon, France-based vulnerability management company, announced a $19 million funding round led by Forgepoint Capital. The investment brings the company’s total funding to $38 million.

The capital will be used to speed development of the firm’s AI-powered vulnerability operations platform, strengthen machine learning and automation features, broaden integrations with security tools, and expand sales and engineering teams across Europe and Asia.

Hackuity’s platform aggregates and normalizes vulnerability and asset data from more than 130 security products. It layers in threat intelligence and business context, then calculates risk-based priorities by combining vulnerability severity and exploitability with asset criticality, observable threat activity and potential business impact.

The platform’s scoring engine produces a ranked list of vulnerabilities so organizations can determine which flaws to address first and coordinate remediation across security, IT, cloud and engineering teams. The company reports the product reduces manual triage of findings from scanners, cloud security tools, application security products and penetration tests.

Founded in 2018, Hackuity previously raised about $13 million in a 2022 Series A led by Sonae IM, now Bright Pixel Capital. Existing investors Bright Pixel Capital, Bpifrance and Seventure Partners participated in the latest round alongside Forgepoint Capital.

Patrick Ragaru, CEO and co-founder, commented: “Mythos simply validates that thesis, by making the scale of the tsunami impossible to ignore.”

Hackuity plans to invest the funds in product development, especially machine learning and automation, and to grow commercial operations in European and Asian markets where demand for vulnerability management tools is rising.
