Beacon Security Raises $13M for Agentic Security Data Platform
Beacon Security raised $13 million in a seed round led by Notable Capital to build a platform that standardizes and enriches telemetry for AI agents and human analysts.
Beacon Security, a New York startup founded in 2024, raised $13 million in a seed round led by Notable Capital to develop an agentic security data platform. AlphaDrive Ventures, Holly Ventures, Jefferies Family Office, SVCI and dozens of angel investors also participated. The company was founded by former Israel Defense Forces members Gal Tal-Hochberg (CEO), Or Mattatia (CPO) and Iddo Israely (CTO).
The platform ingests telemetry from multiple sources, converts it into a common format and adds context and history so both AI agents and security teams can use the data. Beacon maps data sources against threat and compliance frameworks to surface gaps and potential weaknesses. Security teams can run predefined agentic workflows or build custom workflows to create detections, investigate incidents and run shadow AI analysis.
A library of specialized cybersecurity agents sits on top of Beacon’s context layer. These agents are designed to detect AI-driven attacks, newly observed techniques and other threat patterns that the company says conventional tools may miss. Beacon reports early adoption among enterprise customers, including several Fortune 500 companies.
“The acceleration of AI agents in the enterprise is creating a distinct need for a legible context layer for cyber defenders, which is fueling a fundamentally new security architecture,” Gal Tal-Hochberg stated.
Beacon plans to use the funding to expand product development and increase enterprise deployments. The company cites its founders’ military cyber experience as a source for the platform’s design, which supports automated agent workflows alongside human analysis to give defenders real-time visibility and historical context.
