ThreatLocker Raises $190M Series F for Product, U.K. Expansion

ThreatLocker raised $190 million in a Series F led by Elephant to fund product development and open a U.K. office for international expansion.

ThreatLocker, a Florida-based zero trust endpoint security firm, announced on Wednesday that it raised $190 million in a Series F funding round led by Elephant. The financing included participation from D. E. Shaw Ventures, Arthur Ventures and Koch Disruptive Technologies.

The company said it will use the capital for product development and to expand overseas, beginning with a new office in the United Kingdom. ThreatLocker added offices in Australia and the United Arab Emirates within the past 18 months.

ThreatLocker previously raised $20 million in Series B, $100 million in Series C and $115 million in Series D rounds. A source familiar with the matter said the company was valued at $1.6 billion in its prior funding round and that the Series F has materially increased that valuation.

The firm offers endpoint security built on a zero trust model that blocks the execution of unauthorized software and AI tools by default. The platform restricts actions available to approved applications, limits access to local and network storage, manages user privileges and controls network traffic by application identity.

ThreatLocker’s policy-based endpoint detection and response tools monitor for indicators of compromise and can automatically respond to unusual activity. The company says its products are used by more than 70,000 organizations worldwide.

Danny Jenkins, chief executive and co-founder, said, “Most cybersecurity tools are still built around identifying malicious activity after it has already entered an environment, when the damage may already be done. We believe the better model is to define what is allowed and deny everything else by default.”
