Are you changing your product name?
No. CloudLink remains the family name for our advanced data security and encryption management products that secure sensitive customer information in multi-tenant private, public and hybrid clouds. Our three product offerings today include CloudLink SecureVSA, CloudLink SecureVM and CloudLink SecureFILE.
Does the new name affect our contract?
There’s no impact on the contract. We’re still the same Canadian corporation and legal entity operating at the same business address and led by the same management team with the same phone numbers. It’s business as usual.
Do you ‘own’ the ‘CloudLink’ name? or Will you be registering the CloudLink name?
We’ve own a registered trademark on the CloudLink name in North America for many years.
Your old logo is on our website. How do I access your new logo?
Send an email to Mike dot Byrnes at CloudLink dot com to request the CloudLink logo.
Is there any impact on support or maintenance?
There is no impact. Business as usual.
What’s your new email address structure?
Our email address structure is first.last@www.cloudlinktech.com. Our website www.cloudlinktech.com. We are keeping all of the AFORE contact points (web, email) intact for the long term so, if you do send an email to an old address, the recipient will still receive it. Likewise, if you go to aforesolutions.com, we’ll serve www.cloudlinktech.com pages automatically.
Does the new name affect technical certifications?
We have been working with required government and certification authorities to ensure items such as exports permits, product certifications etc. all remain intact so again, it’s business as usual.
