Support for EMC CloudLink SecureVM
EMC CloudLink SecureVM product support is now aligned with standard EMC Customer Service processes and tools. This provides a consistent service experience across all EMC products within your environment:
- EMC CloudLink SecureVM customers use EMC Online Support for access to online service request management and product resources such as knowledgebase, documentation, and downloads.
- Centralized telephone service and call handling – dial the same EMC Customer Service number for all EMC products.
- Service level objectives (SLOs) and standard escalation processes have been implemented as outlined in the EMC Customer Support Guide.
Support for CloudLink SecureVSA and CloudLink SecureFILE
CloudLink SecureVSA and CloudLink SecureFILE are supported by the CloudLink team directly. Support for these products is available from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday to Friday. Email us or reach us by phone at:
